DIPC
Yesterday we got to go to a place called DIPC which stands for Dodoma Innovation and Production Company. We went with another family. They have three kids and their kids speak German, English, and Swahili. It is a place where they make and sell bricks. They also make and sell water bottles. Most of the profit goes to DCMC (Dodoma Christian Medical Center) to help finance the dental and medical clinics. They make the bricks from dirt, a little bit of cement, water, and a lot of pressure. They make 22,000 bricks a day, and sell them for about 600 shillings a piece. (Not sure how many American dollars that is) They sure the bricks to make houses and schools. We also got to see the production of water bottles. We got to see how they make the bottles and how they clean and filter the water and fill the water bottles and ship them out. It was all very interesting. Things continue to go well. We play soccer everyday and it's always Jonah vs. Luke, Caleb, Moriah and I. Jonah can beat us. Actually, Jonah beats us most of the time. Molly gets home Wednesday. They all miss their mom and are excited to see her. Please continue to pray!! :)
